You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item meets our conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging

With all tags intact

Not part of final sale or discounted items

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Use a trackable courier service.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Process

1. Email uprighttofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide:

Order number

Product photo

Reason for exchange

3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided.

4. After inspection, your exchange will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
